How do I delete a customer?

I'm in the backend dashboard viewing customers. I don't see a way to delete a customer, only to edit. But there has to be a way. How? Thanks.

error message when viewing sending domains

I just moved my mailwizz installation to a new domain and a new server. Now I'm getting the following error message when viewing Domains --> Sending Domains from the backend: Your system misses a few PHP functions/extensions in order to use this feature. exec function must be enabled in order...

Move Mailwizz license to a new domain / new server

I'm already aware how to update my IP address as a way of signaling that I'm moving my license to a new server: https://www.mailwizz.com/customer/licenses/index But now I actually want to physically move the DB and the files. I've backed up and re-installed the DB at the new server, and I've...

    Using MailWizz api settings

I use a Wordpress video player plugin (Simple Video Press, aka "Eyeball Glue for Websites") that integrates with MailWizz via api. It calls for the following: Public Key Private Key API URL What the heck is API URL? ...and where inside MailWizz do I get it?

    API settings

Am I missing something? I used to remember that by clicking on "API" under settings, I'd find a screen where I could add an instance, i.e. get a public and a private key. Now I just see "API IP Access" (allowed and denied). Where is the section to create and save an instance of api credentials?

Elastic Email increases free monthly send to 150,000 emails

Just got notified by Elastic Email that they've increased their free monthly send to 150,000 emails per month.

Updated to 1.3.6.9, but admin panel still prompting an update

I just updated to 1.3.6.9, but after logging back in I'm seeing the following prompt in my backend admin panel: "Version 1.3.6.5 is now available for download. Please update your application!" Furthermore, the footer posts the following message: "Processed by version 1.3.6.2 in 0.204 seconds...

    api

What provisions exist inside Mailwizz to use api to integrate with other 3rd party platforms? For instance, I use a lead generation platform (LeadKahuna) that can integrate with the api of an autoresponder to add someone to a list inside an autoresponder (like Mailwizz) when they open an email...

DNS settings: only 1 SPF record?

I'm testing out Elastic Email (http://www.elasticemail.com), and they provide the following instructions for validating domains with SPF / DKIM: *DNS settings should only have 1 SPF record. If there is an existing SPF record, just add "include:_spf.elasticemail.com" to the existing record. Make...

Fresh MailWizz install on a new domain

If I'm going to perform a fresh MailWizz install on a new domain, do I need to deactivate my old installation somehow so that my purchase code will be valid for the fresh install?

Alternatives to Backup Manager for MailWizz EMA

Since MailWizz basically runs on a MySQL DB (as does Wordpress), would I be just as well served to use a robust backup plugin like iThemes BackupBuddy, instead of using the backup companion to MailWizz (i.e. "Backup Manager for MailWizz EMA")? I already own a lifetime license to Backup Buddy...

What will Facebook and/or Twittter integration do for me?

Reputation management - scrubbing lists, etc.

Is there (could there be?) any provision in MW to check against blacklist data (e.g. impressionwise.com) to automatically deny a new registration? Or perhaps to scrub a list in an ongoing manner to keep it clean? Appreciate any comments about what strategies folks may be already using. Thanks.

Customer record data fields - "Company"?

When I view "Customers --> Customers" in the backend, I see a column labeled "Company". Yet when I go to add a new customer, the is no field to enter that value. Missing? How do I add this "Company" value to each new customer record?

adding new senders to MW with api

I'm experimenting with TurboSMTP as a sender: http://serversmtp.com/. MW already makes provisions for me to do so via SMTP, so non problem there. But TurboSMTP also has api: http://serversmtp.com/en/smtp-api If I wanted their api to be a part of MW, what's the process for getting support...

Customer Registration --> send email method --> transactional vs direct

I notice on the backend customization setting: settings --> customers --> Registration, we can select whether to send the registration confirmation email as "transactional" or "direct". I understand the logic here. Usernames, passwords, registration info (i,e, non-marketing messages) are...

TurboSMTP - either SMTP or API

Perhaps I should post this in the "requested features" section, but I first want to discover this: Is anyone using TurboSMTP (http://www.serversmtp.com) for email delivery? I suppose I could just use it as a plain old SMTP provider and set up a bounce server. On the other hand, it might be...

    Customer -vs- Frontend

Backend / Customer / Frontend: Sorry for the NOOB question: I understand the backend. It's where I, the Mailwizz owner, configure access for all my customers. But what's the difference between "customer" and "frontend"? Under Extend --> Themes, I see 3 tabs: Backend, Customer, Frontend...

Upgrading from Regular to Extended license

I assume if I want to become an ESP and sell my services, I need to have the extended license, correct? Some questions: (1) I purchased the regular license. How do I upgrade to extended? By paying the difference? How do I do that? (2) Once upgraded, do I need to reinstall some different...

Using SendGrid transactional emails for broadcast campaigns

Curious if anyone here has used SendGrid's transactional email platform (instead of their more costly marketing platform) to send broadcast (marketing) emails. Sendgrid's transactional emails are typically slated for sending merely membership signup info (username / password) and the like. But...
