What type of server should I send?

Hello Guys. My name is Max. I am from Russia. Nice to meet you.
Who is profi in the field newsletter? Can prompt or throw the link above with information via what "Types of servers" to send plenty and cheap, and better for free?

My way is using SMTP server with PowerMTA, send through new domains + white IP.

The way is very expensive, so I often buy IP addresses and new domains.
I cannot find IP adresses, which arent known spam databases of Spamhouse.
Buy a block of 1000 IP addresses (IP4 + IP6) = 3500$ is expensive, I live in Russia and earn money in rubles.

No 3 to 15 are Email SMTP service provider and they provide smtp and api both.

Mailwizz have already implemented above provider API, so you can just connect with user pass and it handle all.
If you like any above provider, you can signup there any add credential with MW server.

many do it that way, but it's getting increasingly difficult/expensive

IPv6 is cheap compared to IPv4 (the latter are running out)

for price reasons and if no more than 100k/month: sparkpost
for latency reasons: choose your server close to the 3rd party

Thanks for the reply! In Sparkpost I have created a free account for the test. The question, If I do the same letter with accounts with to free send. I would been block?

Same content from same server sent through several free sprkpst accounts results probably in a block of all associated free accounts.
(What would you do if you run the service and someone abuses the free offer? There is no free lunch, it is advertising.)
Most importantly, if your lists are not clean, double optin, any 3rd party service will quickly terminate (they must, to preserve their reputation).
