Unable to delete delivery logs in the backend

I noticed there's no option to delete delivery logs in the backend. Just to confirm, I want to delete all the logs, not just the errors.

On top of that, in Cron/Delivery Settings, I set the Delete delivery logs setting to Yes and Removal days to 10. That was done many months ago. Yet, the delivery logs still remain.

Is there any way to completely remove them?

It's campaign delivery logs. It could be because some of the campaigns were paused before finishing. But, we'd like to have the delivery logs removed anyway, regardless if the campaign is finished or not.

Delivery logs can be removed ONLY after the campaign finished. During campaign sendout they are needed to cross-reference the subscribers that got the email vs the ones that yet got it.
