Tracking domain causing gmail spam issue

Hi,

I am facing issues with gmail spam filter. The mails goes to spam folder when we send actual email campaign but when we send single test from test template it goes to inbox. I noticed the issue was the tracking url and tracking image. It goes to inbox when we change the tracking domain url to some other domain. Does anyone have any suggestion to this. Because we cannot change the tracking domain so frequently.

Did you test the email at mail-tester? https://www.mail-tester.com/
Maybe the domain is listed in blacklist and this causes the issue.
