Letters are not sent

Everything is sent from one customer. But another customer with a Cyrillic sending server on Punycode sends only activation letters. But then mailing letters are not sent. What do you advise?

Did you check that smtp server for logs and see why the emails are rejected, what is the error message?
if you have not, that is a starting point.

Also take a look in backend > misc > campaign delivery logs, do you have any errors there that could help troubleshoot the problem?

There is no data in the log about messages that were not sent.

Does the log say OK for all those messages?

No. They are not there at all.
