How do i import subscribers?

But the list I am upload the emails look right. hmmmm file was being saved in open office could that be the problem. ?

Just got the software and have the same issue. Imported 2560 contacts but list is only showing 1283 contacts. Backend is showing no blacklisted contacts. Wondering if there is a solution.
Also, how can I delete an entire list without going through individual contacts.
