Bounce not procesing

Hi guys ,
When i add my smtp server in customer account bounce is processing,when customer use system smtp server,bounce is not processing.

Have you any solutions for this?

@zontia - Does your system smtp server has a bounce server associated with it? Does the email box for bounces gets any email?
