Autoresponder to Customer in Backend

Hello,

we would like to send Autoresponder Mails to our customers. Is there any possibility to send automated mails in backend except of Customer > Mass Mail? Mails like after registration, subscription or to customers who didn't open a newsletter and so on...

or can we somehow transfer all our customers (even new registration automatically) to a customer account and send newsletter as a campaign?!

I searched the whole backend but didn't found anything like this.

Someone out there who can help?!

@Samuel Koch - You have the option in Backend > Settings > Customers > Registration to send all your customers email addresses to a certain customer account using the api, so use that

OK but I tried that already, I created an API and list, after that I added API and Unique ID in Backend > Settings > Customers > Registration but the list is still empty. why could that be?
