Amazon SES Web API Bounces not registered

Hey there!

I have read a couple of these threads in here already that have trouble with MW registering bounces via the Amazon SNS Webhooks. However, none of them led to a solution for us.

We have multiple delivery servers set up, all of them Amazon SES. And all SNS topics are there, subscribed, confirmed and all. However, no bounces get registered with Mailwizz.

However, all subscriptions in Amazon are correctly set up:

Can you confirm the email address used to send the emails is configured to send the bounces to the sns topics and not to an email address?
Also, amazon has a bunch of addresses used to trigger various notification types, like spam, bounces, etc. Did you try to create a list with those emails and send them and see what happens?
Lastly, make sure the above endpoints are accessible by everyone, if you have a firewall on your site that blocks access, then amazon won't be able to post the notifications.
