All Email convert to Soft Bounce when i send a compain

Hi guys,
I have a server on CENTOS 6.5 and VesraCP (Exim, devecot) with the last update of MailWizz
When i sent a campaign (21000 emails), all the emails was marked as Soft Bounce and Blacklisted in database.

When i send email individually from my roundcube with the same server and same email account, that i use in mailwizz, it work perfectely

do you have any idea about that problem

Go to Campaign overview, click on "view details" button on "Bounce rate" box. It should reveal the bounce reason. Alternatively, you can check under Miscellaneous > Campaigns bounce logs in the backend area to see why those emails were bounced.
