Hi,

Can anyone help with the below?
Note: I have replaced my domain with abc.com

I have a Sparkpsot account and have successfully verified DKIM Reacord, SPF and email address for my domain, all have a green tick next to them.

I have setup Sparkpost as me delivery server on MW, sent verification email all worked fine and server is active.

I create a campaign and have used from and reply email address with domain used in the DKIM and SPF verifications.

When I save and move to the next step the Campaign Template page the below message appears.
  • You are required to verify your sending domain(abc.com) in order to be able to send this campaign!
  • Please click here to add and verify abc.com domain name. After verification, you can send your campaign.

When I click the "here" link it takes to the Dashboard.

Can anyone advise a fix for this?[/FONT]
 
I've suddenly started getting this out of the blue - despite all verification requirements set to "No" and always have been.
