You are only allowed to add 3 segment conditions.

Hello,

I'm new to MailWizz, previously I used Mailchimp and Brevo.

I just realised that we could not add more than 3 conditions when creating a segment, which is too restricted to me. I often need more than 3 conditions to define a segment.

This restriction does not exist at least in Mailchimp or Brevo.

I understand that an alternative is to aggregate conditions on our side, but it involves downloading field values, aggregating them, uploading field values, which is not convenient at all.

Additionally, in terms of database queries, I don't think having 4, 5 or even more conditions would drastically draw back the performance.

Is there any way to permit more segment conditions in MailWizz? Would it be better with an extended license? Is there any other workaround?

You can modify this from: Backend > Settings > Customers > Lists > Max. segment conditions
