unsubscribe link invalid

When i add the unsubscribe link to emails, the subscriber clicks the link and it is invalid.

for example http// or http/

It is missing that part so it takes them to an invalid page.
I checked the system urls and they are in the correct format. I am at a loss now.\

@bill adams - Can you go to backend > settings > system urls and click the sync urls button, then try again?
Also, include an email from https://www.mail-tester.com and add the result link here.

Yes I did, there is no setting for Sync url. It is called "Regenerate URL" I clicked it and I still got the same issue.

Here is the output for the error when i sent it to mail-tester

P.S. I also checked the html code of the email. The link is in the correct format.

@bill adams - are you absolutely sure your urls don't look like:

https://[UNSUBSCRIBE_URL]

?
Because if they do, please remove the http:// part, all the mailwizz tags, which end in _URL will add the http protocol automatically, be it htt or https.

Okay, i was able to change the url to <other> [UNSUBSCRIBE_URL]. Which removed the http:// from the link.
