I get these errors too when default system mailer is set to swiftmailer in backend -> settings -> common

When set to php mailer everything works fine, so this may be a solution

In MW backend go to miscellaneous > php info and look to make sure you have openssl compiled and enabled in php, you need it.

Hello in my case openssl is enabled but still have come error please take a look and give me solution
