Hi guys
I'm sendings campaigns for a customer who sells of the sexy lingerie.

I am perpetually blocked by Orange Orange/Wanadoo/Live/Hotmail/Outlook/msn

What's to be done? Would you have trick to give me? An idea?

We work on a qualified base and in double opt' in but the ISP block us systematically.

Yeah I change the domain and IP, nothing change.

is it possible that blocking either the host side?

The customer url it's the same? are you change tracking domain, image-hosting domain ... ?

It is possible block the complete range IP.

Do you have all authentications (DKIM, SPF, DMARC, rDNS, etc) and all standard alert email addresses (postmaster, alerts, fbl, bounces, etc) in place and do you send only within their accepted receiving speed limits?
If you are a DOI sender, it is worthwhile to register your FBL with all big ISPs and to read their postmaster policies.

@Jacobo Moya Hey,
No, the customer URL is reformated.
The tracking domain is my own.
Image hosting domain is the customer url.

@frm.mwz
Hello,
Yes, I have all authentications.
I also all email addresses (postmaster..)
I specifically have, postmaster, abuse, bounce, alerts.

What is FBL?

do you send only within their accepted receiving speed limits?
No, I am sending a regulated speed but it is the same speed for ISP.

If you are a DOI sender, it is worthwhile to register your FBL with all big ISPs and to read their postmaster policies.
I am very misinformed that level but it's interesting.
Can you help me ?

all authentications
some ISPs only inbox if you have dmarc

all email addresses
you need fbl for many to inbox
see forum posts about that (incl fbl, deliverability guides, inboxing wisdom, etc)
there are many providers that you can connect with and who then either inbox or give you higher reception speed

sending a regulated speed but it is the same speed for ISP
find out the accepted speeds per ISP (gmail, hotmail, yahoo, etc) and they will see that you honor them and hence inbox

postmaster policies.
I am very misinformed that level but it's interesting.
Can you help me
see forum posts about postmaster links, there you register as a legitimate DOI sender and inbox much better

Hello @frm.mwz @twisted1919
I just saw something new.

All of my emails are 'Razor2' listed.
Is it possible that the problem comes from Mailwizz fingerprints ?
Mailwizz, like other softwares, have fingerprints, that may be the cause. What do you think ?

All of my emails are 'Razor2' listed.
Are all of your emails SOI (singl opt-in)? And did that happen before you started to use FBL? Did you receive many complaints (over 0.1% of all email) across all lists?

If many mwz users spam, then some filters may get adjusted to filter mwz email out as they have been partially adjusted to do so for IEM. This is why it would be good if @twisted1919 would make the headers adjustable by setting so that each admin/user could create unique ones and hence could be held individually accountable and vv not get all other mwz users into trouble.

Hello,
Did you find a solution for your problem?
Blocked by Orange Orange/Wanadoo/Live/Hotmail/Outlook/msn
