Template insertion in campaigns

Hey,
have you thought about improving the template insertion in campaigns? Often users write to us that they can't insert a template into a campaign, and in the vast majority of cases it's because they click on the name of the template they want to insert, which only takes them back to editing the template. And we understand that the blue setup button and then the insert target can sometimes be more challenging to find.

My suggestion would be to change the click option. If there is only one to select, then have it already in the open. Other than that, is to remove the action button and have them all open already. Only ones I would hide is a delete/archive button as those are hard.

Maybe it sounds silly, but if the issue is that they click on the template name and they get to edit the template, which thing is taking them out from editing the campaign, I would say to remove the link from the template name. Thus we will make sure we stay in the campaign editing context.

Removing the link may make it a bit more confusing for end users. If we change the link to the same as the select link, then it should make it a better UI/UX experiance. Only way to make it better is to have the whole row act as a link so that anywhere they click will select that item in the action.

I know it may be difficult from the Framework used as the logic baked for all lists and links to use the action menu button. Only other recommendation is naming the button instead of a logo. Example: Actions, Options or Tasks.
