Hi I'm currently adding tags but when sending it doesn't resolve. Can't find anywhere in the settings to fix it!

Also, I've added the default footer in Settings --> Customers --> Campaigns but does not seem to resolve either after sendout. Am I missing a setting somewhere to enable this?

you need to define them first in the respective settings

Where do you define them? I know where to define custom tags, though where do you set [UNSUBSCRIBE_URL] or [WEB_VERSION_URL]

Okay I found out that they tags did not resolve because the test list where the test-mail was appointed to was empty! Though I would like to know if I can customized the the default tags.
For example, [UNSUBSCRIBE_URL] to a customer: http://example.com/unsubscribe.php.

Or, is it possible to add a URL in a custom tag?

We have already set up a php form on our offers website based on mailwizz api.

For the unsubscribe, I think it needs to be hosted on the mwz app site.
But for all other forms you have the extensions, just have a look
