Stripo Email Template Issues

Hi Wonderful people,

So I wanted to test Stripo's builder and while it seems to work great, whenever I import any templates and switch to Stripo builder, it removes the email completely.

There's no way to use that template from what I can tell.

On the HTML editor, the source code is there and the preview shows, but you can't build it or change it.

When I use GrapeJS, while it works, it's very primitive and will drive clients nuts if they have to fiddle with how you need to style things. Also, while imported templates work as a preview, most of them end up looking all weird when being delivered.

If I could stick to Stripo or if you could guide me on how to use another 3rd party builder, that would be so amazing.

Thanks for your help.

Thank you.

I've imported Stripo templates though, will that still not work?

Do you have any other suggestions for other builders that work better?

Isn't the whole point of using Stripo to be able to also use their templates?

I see no way of accessing the stripo templates from within Mailwizz.

Clients expect some templates to choose from and in that regard if we use Stripo, they simply cannot do that other than to create their own.

Unless I'm mistaken?

This is a question for Stripo's support, we're using what they provide.
Who built the extension for Stripo to implement it into Mailwizz?

Asking because I have requested support from them and have not had any responses.

Isn't the whole point to make templates available to clients for them to use and re-use as opposed to letting all of them create their own?

We did, following their docs. They provide the plugin as an embed, which we did.

Of course. But I think you can create templates with Stripo on your own, in MailWizz in templates area, which makes them available to your customer who can import them.
