Stream on "New Subscriber" alerts from existing subscribers

Since updating MailWizz to the latest build, I am getting a never ending stream of alerts about new subscribers who are already in my list. Over 200 since yesterday - none of them are actually new. There's no indication of why they are being sent - as if the cron is going nuts...

Any idea?
 
I think I've figured out what's happening: I have created a list that is being added to based on user behaviour of running campaigns (users who open the email) - previously I would never get a notification when people were automatically added to that list. But it looks like that's what's happening right now... people are opening a running campaign and those "new subscribers" are being added.

Now that I know what it is, all I have to do is hunt for a way to switch off the notifications...
