Statistics for campaigns are not accurate

Hence why I was suggesting a purely statistical implementation which wouldn't impact existing functionality.

If we go for this, I'm thinking, lets do it right!

@Jof - That's fair enough, we've started planning this but unfortunately we had to take care of other things in the meanwhile.
I think 6 months is a stretch, I'll try to have this done after we release 2.4.6, so in 2.4.7 release, which should be about a month or so.

In the past I gave some estimates and none of them were okay, so it's going to be released when its done. It's a top priority for us, we're working on it and we hope to have it done asap.
