Set System time

see requested features and other forum posts,
this does not work properly in many cases (not just mwz),
but you can
set server to UTC and mwz to utc, and then adjust in your mind
or
set mwz as you wish and then adjust server to be same time zone


PS: @twisted1919 can u implement the atomic time feature as mentioned for sys time and then have only the tick come from the datacenter for sync local time?
