send-campaigns w/ PCNTL

When sending campaigns with PCNTL enabled, I need to execute send-campaigns twice because it will not mark the campaign as Completed if I will only execute once. Is this behavior intended?

Yup, this is correct, we need an external run to close things. This isn't a problem since that command runs each minute.
