Doing tracking in two places can cause this exact behavior, don't you think?
Try disabling tracking in sendgrid side(click/open), do some tests in mailwizz and see.
 
@twisted1919, Tried to switch multiple times. But in MailWizz unless and until the image will not be loaded it will not show in Open Stats. You can also check directly from SendGrid even the don't have any pixel like MailWizz have.
