No bounce emails

So beating my head against a wall. I have one account that will not process bounce emails (no emails go to bounce inbox). All settings between the two are the same and have tried different delivery servers (double and triple checked settings).

When I look at the log files for the MTA, I get different logs for the account that is processing bounces and the one that is not. Here is an example from the account that is not processing bounces correctly;

2016-11-17 15:03:51 Rejected recipient from <> to <> from relaying denied

I am guessing that the malformed bounce address is the issue but not sure how it got malformed. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
