Move openers to new list in campaign setting

Hi,
In campaign settings i have selected the option to move the openers to a new list it is working fine but the general open rate of the campaign is very low as compared the the subscribers who have moved to the list.

I see there are more than 20K subscribers in the openers only list but the campaign stats only showing 450 opens?

How i can tackle this issue?

Thanks for the answer, i have another questions.
How can we sort delivery server usage logs date wise, i see we can select the delivery server from the drop down list but ii dont find any method to search the logs date wise.
