The blacklist works perfectly fine as it does now. What you're pointing is just making the feature better.
Calling this a huge issue is far from being true. It's just an issue. That's all. Not a huge one.

This should pretty much solve the issue hopefully.

The issue here is that there could be severe privacy problems and implications when you re-confirm unsubscribed users, by deleting wrongly blacklisted emails (manually or via blacklist monitors).
While maybe not a huge issue technically, it's a very very big problem with privacy, that could easily become huge. Put it simply, blacklist (and "blacklisted" status) should never interfere with unsubscribed, ideally the two things should be separated at all times.
