mailgun says "Your account is on probation and domains are limited to 100 messages / hour. The restriction is removed if you keep sending good traffic."

What does this mean wise ones?
 
Most likely you have sent to bad emails. You can continue sending but make sure you do it only to good emails, and they should raise your limits afterwards.
Worth noted that i have this same issue with an account used only for forum notifications and no spam was ever sent nor to emails that didn't want those notifications, but still, mailgun put that account under probation, without any real reason.
 
Most probably if your emails are giving trouble to providers you will get similar warnings or even worst by getting your account suspended.
