Mail not sending

My host suggested two things to get my server running faster, add Cloudflare, and add more space between the crons.

I did both, it didn't help.

I have now reversed both of those, and newsletter campaigns won't send.

I needed to change the password for the sending email. When I did that, the system asked to send a validation email. That sent fine, I clicked the link.

I cannot send email campaigns, it just sits at Sending(%).

Any tips on how to figure out what went wrong?

Ugh, never mind.
I clicked the validate server email and it said all was well.
I have a forum program that is sending mail also, that works.
I thought I would compare settings to make sure they were the same and it said the server was inactive.
I validated it again, and it's sending.
