Hotmail/Outlook/Live delivery issue

Hello,

I can't deliver mails to all Microsoft servers.

Getting PMTA show error like this:

2024-04-23 08:27:37 Timed out, status = ETIMEDOUT while connecting from domain.com (11.22.33.44) to hotmail.com (204.79.197.212)

All messages accumulate in queues and are not delivered.

pmta trace hotmail.com - Timeout

Can Microsoft block some IPs? I have no problems with other mail servers.

Who encountered this? Please assist.

ports are open
 
Already did it. Microsoft support answerd that they didn't see any issues with my IPs, but hosting support answered that Microsoft blocked all RU IPs and it's beyond their influence. So I have to change hosting provider.
