Hello friends, it is possible that clients can edit the subject of confirmation of subscription?

For example, the default is "Please confirm your subscription", but I wonder if they can modify both to their own language, add text depending on the type of campaign, etc.
 
This is very limited, you could do it with translations, but again, limited.
This is a thing in our list that we wish to change in near future and make it so that they can be changed from the web interface.

This is a problem I've encountered. The website can be Hungarian, English, German and other languages are.

List -> Pages -> Subscribe confirm email
List -> Pages -> Unsubscribe confirm email
and List -> Pages -> Welcome email

if that could be prioritized for asap development
for the backend user (to ensure customers cannot get into trouble)
