Hello,
I use MailWizz and Amazon SES to send newsletters.
I sent 4 newsletters of similar content on Thursday and Friday. Here are the metrics. The number of complaints are what we find in the overview page of a campaign in MailWizz.

Here are the bounces and complaints in Amazon SES:

We can calculate the complaint rate in MailWizz: (3+1+5+7)/(63098+14291+11597+18829) = 0.000148402356 = 0.0148402356%, it's far less than the complaint rate in Amazon SES (i.e., 0.12%). Does anyone know why there is such a difference?
Thank you
