change domain

I want to transfer my mailwizz to another domain how I can do that, as previous domain we moved to a new name so all stuff requried to be done with latest domain.

Hello,

I just transfered from my domain "bulknetworkcables.com/mailwizz" to "bncables.com/mailwizz.

Imported DB to other server
Copy files to folders
change credentials on config file
Change IP in customer area to server where I transfer the files.

Now its show white page please help.

probably file permissions issue. Enable debugging: https://forum.mailwizz.com/threads/enable-debugging.21/ and refresh the white page to see actual error reason.

I did setup the file permission as described, if I give the user info what to do .... please help.

Enable debugging, that will show you the actual error instead of a blank page.

OH that was ' added mistakenly for db, but now look what I am facing at the moment.

That means you don't have proper database login info.
Look into apps/common/config/main-custom.php and make sure you are using proper info.
