Cant export and not import

SORRY! One more thing...We have got upgraded by Amazon to 1 000 000 emails per day and and 28 messages per seconds what shall I set my campaign sending so I can get my email list, please see my settings as we speak, I think they are to low and need to increase sending parameters-----please advise

Try this from backend -> settings -> cron:

Ok...I have set it like that ...that is the cron setting.

But if you go to settings - customers and choose the campaign tab there are also sending options?? What do I set this too??
