This is part of the unsubscribe header MailWizz adds to each email in a campaign.
That header contains an option for sending an email, and one for sending a request to a url and doing it automatically. So two options, the one with the url having priority. However, ESP's may choose the email option if they try your site and is slow for example, or they simply have their systems configured to use the email option.

So do i have to do this manually? Mailwizz cant handle this?
