Campaign date saves in the past

When I choose as date 6/16/17, 17:30 PM it in stead uses this date: 6/15/17, 3:27 PM

- sorry the emails did arrive, edited above post
- my time zone for customer is the zone where I live, maybe I need to use the server time zone?

@hitseveryday - Please make sure your customer account has a proper timezone and when you select a date/time for sending, you select it from the date/time picker, not type it manually.

It still uses yesterday and hour -1
