Bounce Handling is Not Done

I know this has been covered but I cant find a solution.
I am using sendgrid API.. I dont get my bounces etc reporting back to me. When i set up the server it is a free account when i later upgrade to the essentials paid package I still dont get my bounces reporting back. I thought the MW API does handles this but it is not.

I have the newest version of MW and I also run the 1 older one where you dont have to use an API code.. Neither gets the bounces reporting back from Sendgrid... Anyone else have this problem and the solution or maybe the new step by step to get that working?

It does, but if you move from plan to another, you have to re-add the delivery server so that mailwizz is able to create the webhook now when your account has permissions to do so.
Have you tried like that?
