    Google Bots Opening Emails

Will this also prevent subscriber actions from happening? For example, if I have an action set up to copy campaign openers to the list "Openers" or clickers to a list named "Clickers", will opens and clicks originating from blocked IP ranges still be copied per those actions?

Migrating Mailwizz to a new server

If you are comfortable backing up your DB you can do it without. I did it that way the first time a few years back. But for not being a server admin by trade, it took more time doing it the "hard way". I'm of course not an affiliate ;) It's a timesaver for me.

Migrating Mailwizz to a new server

I have used MW Backup Manager a couple of times. Makes it much easier for a limited tech like myself to get the job done. Double check you back everything up first!!! I'd even make a backup from Cpanel and store it local just in case. Good luck!

question on storage and moving to new domain

Hey, try using your IP instead of your domain... http://1.2.3.4/backend/index.php (or wherever you have it installed) Or, spoof your local DNS... If you're using Windows for example, you can edit your hosts and add a line like: 1.2.3.4 yourdomain.com (Of course you would put your IP and...

Extension developer needed - automatic copy/schedule campaign

@henkedk If you get this done, I'd second for the ability to also take a sent campaign that rocked and copy it to the other lists. In other words, I send to a particular list and it works great. I want to send it out to my other 5 lists. I could copy and go through all the steps. By why reinvent...

    Autoresponder Doesn't Send Imports

Hey David - have you had any luck figuring this one out? My autoresponders work great for emails subscribed from a form (either from a web form or from the admin form). However, I still cannot figure out how to get them sending to the emails that are moved or imported from other lists.

    Autoresponder Doesn't Send Imports

Please note that I do have the autoresponders set to send to imports in the attached image. Note the % is not close to 100%. I don't have it set to send to current subscribers as the lists have tens of thousands of subscribers I don't wish to send to now.

    Autoresponder Doesn't Send Imports

Hello, I'm having some trouble with my autoresponders. I have a few different lists that are openers. When a person opens an email for "automotive" for example, they go into an opener list. I set up autoresponders to be sent to the openers as they are imported, or subscribe, to the opener list...

Change URL to appear more random

Sure. I have a bunch of tracking domains that I rotate (manually) from time to time. Anyone familiar with MailWizz is going to easily recognize the tracking links by their "footprint" or how they are structured. So, I was just wondering if anyone has altered the tracking link structure in this...

Change URL to appear more random

Hello all, To avoid "footprints" with email, I am wondering if there is an easy way to change the tracking URL. I used another mail system previously that "encrypted" or "hashed" the links. I'm not sure which of those two is technically correct. But it made each link look more unique so as not...

How to get rid of bots?

Please refer to this thread: https://forum.mailwizz.com/threads/attack-during-campaign.4851/#post-31936 And check this reply here: https://forum.mailwizz.com/threads/attack-during-campaign.4851/#post-32006 That may not solve all your problems but check the IPs of the bots and see who owns...

    unsubscribe from all lists

Is there a way to do this from the API with a list of emails? I have some advertisers that occasionally send a list of problem emails they recommend be scrubbed to avoid complaints. Is there a way to import the list and have them all unsubscribed from all lists? While I could add them to the...

    Attack during Campaign?

You're probably getting a bunch of bots checking your emails for various reasons. Since real humans are not using Amazon IPs, it might be a good idea to block/redirect all traffic from Amazon IPs. You can easily run a google search and find a list the Amazon publishes of all their owned ranges.

Tunnel Manager For Many Remote Servers

Hello, I recently read these threads talking about proxies and tunnels. https://forum.mailwizz.com/threads/sending-through-proxy.1793 https://forum.mailwizz.com/threads/use-proxie-s-with-delivery-server.4660 I am looking for an easier way to manage tunnels. Suppose you have 20 VPS or...

    Mailwizz - 1.5.1

I would like to second this. For me it would be helpful to sort both regular and suppression lists alphabetically. For example, when I use "Actions against subscribers upon campaign open" I have to hunt through 50 lists. Can't imagine looking through 260! ;) There are a few places where we see...

PowerMTA Dashboard - Central PMTA Configuration Management

Hey, would anyone here that is using Powermta Dashboard care to comment on how it is working? And, how it is saving time/effort setting up VMTAs? Or any other comments. I am interested in purchasing to help save on setup/management time for multiple PMTA servers with large IP ranges (many...

400 Error when using MW API and PMTA bounce handler

Hello, I am using the API for the PMTA bounce handler: https://github.com/magicdude4eva/port25-bouncehandler I am getting a failed API call (400 error) and would like to know if anyone has seen a similar issue or has a suggestion for a fix. Here is an example with all such requests failing...

    Trouble with API posts

Hey. I was just updating this... Unfortunately, running the same site on the same server as MW has also failed. The programmer that originally set this up isn't around anymore. I have another one that looked at it and found what appeared to be the connection timeout. It is on a dedicated server...

    Trouble with API posts

Thanks for the idea. There are no problems pinging the MW server from the remote server. I will try putting one of the API sites on the same server as MW and try that next.

    Trouble with API posts

I have tried troubleshooting this by: 1. upgrading to 1.4.8 2. adding a new api key and updating one site with it Neither of these worked. The IPs are whitelisted and again, nothing has really changed on the MW server. The API was working for 6 or 8 sites on two separate servers and several...
