Thank you for the followup @twisted1919 Are you referring to these stats ? These are regular campaigns and not autoresponder. Do not have auto responders in the system but the cron you are referring to is set to 5 campaigns at once.

thanks @VVT and @twisted1919 The list hardly had 2% bounce rate. The last email went through was at 1:49 PM even till 4:50 PM it keep saying 100% sending. Pretty sure for 3 hours it wasn't doing clean up tasks. The over-all campaign took just 2 and a half hours itself.

I am facing a minor issue where a campaign being sent 100% is not being automatically marked as sent. I always have to manually mark the campaign as sent. What could be the problem?

Thank you. I increased the server capacity to digital ocean 2GB from 512 MB The cron settings look like this now I am now able to send around 200,000 emails in about 4 hours. Which is fairly okay. However can we improve this further?

Thank you, the "number of subscribers" column in list view still shows the same number despite the fact that there are a lot of subscribers who have been blacklisted. Should I be manually deleting these blacklisted subscribers to keep the numbers up to date?

Hi, Our mailwizz is connected to Amazon SES via API. We just sent our first campaign :) I can see a lot of bounced emails in the campaign report. What do I as a mailwizz admin or customer need to do with these emails? Don't these bounced emails automatically get unsubsribed from the list?
