mail servers not obeying sending rules

Apparently all sendmail delivery servers share the same quota and domain rules. I have 5 servers set up with different names and server numbers assigned. If i set each to have a quota of sending 5 messages per hour, when I check delivery logs only 5 messages have been sent between all 5 delivery...

    Database shrink

If you don't need to keep stats you can remove old campaigns and then it will delete the old stats (I think once a day it updates). Most of the database is delivery logs, and then next biggest table is open logs. They make up probably 90% of your database. I truncate both from time to time...

mail servers not obeying sending rules

One more test I will try, I will send the same campaign but not limiting it to people who opened a past campaign.

mail servers not obeying sending rules

No, I have no customer groups created. I am the only person using it, so I just have the customer account, and the delivery servers set up in backened with the rules. I would think delivery server rules would be universal for whoever uses the delivery server. The server delivery rates are being...

mail servers not obeying sending rules

To test it further I cancelled the campaign and remade the same campaign, but didn't select to randomize senders. Unfortunately the result is the same. The delivery servers aren't obeying the rules and sending to domains even if they are in deny list.

TheChecker's New Unlimited Email Verifications Plan

Hi! I see on your site you mention you remove spam traps. What is the specific process you use to identify something as a spam trap?

mail servers not obeying sending rules

I have each delivery server set to send one an hour (new IP). So it will take a long time before I get more data about it.

mail servers not obeying sending rules

In the same mailing, another delivery server that is supposed to deny sending to live.com sent it to live.com:

mail servers not obeying sending rules

In case it matters, I had chosen to send to a random recipient in the campaign settings.

mail servers not obeying sending rules

I set up mail servers to target specific domains. I followed the instructions given when you hover over the info box. I wanted the following delivery server to send only to yahoo, so I added an allow on yahoo and a deny on *. But as you can see in the next image, it delivered first to gmail and...

    Question on Google Feedback Loop

Also is there any way to unsubscribe gmail users who would report? As far as I know gmail doesn't share the email with us, so any other way?

    Question on Google Feedback Loop

I send around 300,000 emails a day to a newsletter list. In google postmaster tools, the spam rate (FBL) is always 0.0% (forever, going back years). I have checked and the FBL header is in the emails. So does google round down to 0% if its a low number? I would think there would probably by 5...

    Where is mailwizz configuration file?

Never mind. I see it is self generated from which ever folder you are running the script. I had copied the folders to new path and used same old database, and then I was checking backend from the old domain, so it was showing path based on where the script was running from.

    Where is mailwizz configuration file?

I want to move mailwizz to another domain name on same server (and same IP), but I can't find where it is saving the application path. Is this in a file or in the database? I was able to update the URLs in the backend control panel, but the path still is the old path...

How to send with multiple IPs?

Does each server send from a different domain name and from address? I haven't had any experience with setting up load sharing on servers, so have no idea if you can mail from multiple IPS on the same domain (same from address and domain, different IPs).

    Experiences with email validators

In the case of the website "correct.email", for bounced emails, out of 20,000 tested they found around 30 emails they classified as bounced (which my server didn't consider bounced). So that means a regular SMTP server gets the same result within 0.15% (less than 1 percent). Other than that...

How to send with multiple IPs?

I have always sent my mailings from one domain and one IP. So how do you send emails from multiple IPs? Do they all need to be different domain names and different from addresses? Or is there a way to have one domain mail through multiple IP addresses?

    Experiences with email validators

Here is a test I just did which makes me doubt whether email validators work or not. I used correct.email to test 20,000 emails. It claimed to find a few hundred spamtraps. I took that list of spam traps and then tested it on zerobounce and zerobounce said 100% of them were valid emails. So who...
