WithOut Cron Jobs Can I Send Emails On MailWizz

I was using the Ipage sharing server, so I cant configure cronjob, without configuring the cronjob, can I send emails via Maillwizz, because while I setting up the campaign it automatically goes to the schedule option, so the mail campaigns are unable to send and it shows pending. I can't even send an email without a schedule option.
Is it work like this?

There's no such thing as a 3rd-party cron job service. It's either your server gives you access to it or not.

That's a bummer, but not true, you can always switch hosting. No decent hosting would block it's users from using so crucial features, like cron jobs.
