WHY I NOT RECEIVING EMAIL FORGOT PASSWORD ????????

Hello could you help me ...

i try several times to retreive my password but each time i request to change my password or create an ew one...i never receivd the email to do so...how can i fix this ???? help please

Did you check the spam folder, maybe it ended up there?
Secondly, these emails are sent via transactional emails feature, so if you haven't added the cron jobs for the app, you won't get the email because nothing runs to send it...

And i've just found an other problem....maybe you could hep me

ive set up an email campaign since 4 hours...but it is not yet finished to send.....does i need to configure something else in mailwizz setting...

exemple...i have sent 100'000 emails and it is still at 14% only after 3 hours...
what it will be if i send 500'000...

so if you could help me to send more at minute it will be perfect.
