What tracking and sending domains actually are?

Now, our tracking domain is in place, all we have to do si to associate it with a delivery server and all emails that will be sent via that delivery server will change all the links from email.a.com into email.b.com.

To be sure to understand ... What happens at destination of a link like unsubscribe for example.
Does the url remain that of the domain tracking (email.b.com), so cloacked, or the url becomes again that of the domain where mailwizz is installed (email.a.com)?

If setup correctly and server works correctly, it will stay cloaked (tracking domain visible).
