What is the different between Group and Send Group?

Groups - These are just a way for you to group multiple campaigns so you can easily find them, say you have a bunch of promotions for Christmas 2021, then you could put them all in a group called like that and easy find them later, like next year when you will also have a Christmas 2022 group, you get the point.
Sending groups - When you put a number of campaigns in the same sending group, then if a subscriber is part of all lists for those campaigns, then that subscriber will only receive one single email. If we weren't be using a sending group, then the subscriber would receive all the campaigns, so sending groups are useful when you send multiple campaigns to multiple lists but you don't want to send duplicate emails to those subscribers.
