For a few months, our support-tickets add-on used here on the forum was behaving very bad because it wasn't fully compatible with latest version of the forum software we're using nor with newer PHP versions. Moreover, the company which developed the add-on seems to have been vanished.
Today, after weeks of researching, we took the decision to switch to a new support-tickets add-on for the forum.
So far, it seems to be working fine, however, the problem is we haven't been able to restore the old support tickets, which shouldn't be a big issue since most of them were already responded and fixed.
