USING SMTP.com

I am trying to setup a delivery server using SMTP.com and get this error:

• Here is a transcript of the error message:
• Connection could not be established with host send.smtp.com [Connection refused #111]
  Log data:
  ++ Starting Swift_SmtpTransport
  !! Connection could not be established with host send.smtp.com [Connection refused #111] (code: 0)

Can someone help with this? I am not good with setting these up.

Check if you have the right ports open (on your server/firewall), you will see which for what protocol in the popups during DS setup.
