I occassionally recieve an email from a user that always has the exact same line:
Please unsubscribe me from "generic list name" list.
It always has unsubscribe in the title too, so that is how I know this is an automated reply. But Im not sure how they are generating this reply? I have an unsubscribe button on my emails, I have tested it so I know it doesn't generate this automated reply.
Is there something I am missing? Its a pain to remove a user manually so I am wondering how do I stop getting these emails and have users only use the unsubscribe link.
