Unsubscribe Reason

There is an unsubscribe reason box on the unsubscribe form. If a person puts in the reason of unsubscription, I am not getting that message. Any idea if this needs to be enabled some where ?

If someone unsubscribes from a campaign, and adds a reason, you will see the reason in the campaign reports

Why not be able to read all the reasons on one page instead of checking hundreds of campaign reports?

BTW do "Export unsubscribed with reason" still work?
