Unsubscribe link stoped working

Hello all,

We currently have an issue with our unsubscribe link. It used to work but now when the user clicks on the unsubscribe, they see the following message:

This page isn’t working
tracking.domain.org sent an invalid response.

ERR_INVALID_REDIRECT

I've already regenerated the system urls from backend and made sure that the [UNSUBSCRIBE_LINK] is using the other protocol. Nothing is working.

The other links in the email work, and they also start with tracking.domain.org. Any help is appreciated! Thanks.

Hello David,

Try to remove Cache from customer, backend as well runtime cache.
And then check it.

@david he - if you replace the tracking domain with the original domain name in the url that does not work, does it work ?
