Unsubscribe email notices

Where do I edit the email address that is notified on user unsubscribe? Where do I edit this template design?

Each list has an option where you can set where notifications for that list are sent, so try to edit that particular list.
As for the template design, it;s the one from Backend -> Settings -> Email templates
