Unable to find Queue option in backend->setting-> Queue

Hello,

I am unable to find queue option in backend of mailwizz,
i am follow this -https://forum.mailwizz.com/threads/process-campaigns-using-redis-queue.216/

(In order to enable sending via this method, firstly we need to enable and configure the Redis Queue from mailwizz backend, so go to Backend -> Settings -> Queue and do the needed adjustments and enable it, then save the changes.)
i can not find option of queue,
i am running mailwizz 1.5.1
 
But it's speed is slow,
i am test many combination of Delivery settings PCNTL setting, but still both unable to give me speed,
can you please help me to increase sending speed,
 
i need to send approx. 500k mail/hour,
can i use this software for bulk mailing ?
Actually i am already follow these 2 guide, and unable to get good speed of sending mail,
no need to hire some one because i am also a engineer, and having knowledge of centos command line and all.

i am already follow these two guide and reading your forum from long time,
after try all thing i am found some thing redis,
i am installed it, after this i don't know what should i do next,
i am purchased licence because i want to send at-least 500k/ hour,
can you please tell me how it's possible with this application.
